When you enter the CCRSM Leadership Summit event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Educate Texas and its affiliates and representatives. More information will be provided at the event.

Breakfast will be available on June 11th and 12th through the Embassy Suites for all Summit attendees.

Attendees not staying at the Embassy Suites will need their Summit nametag to access breakfast.

Breakfast hours are 6-9 AM for hotel guests and 7:30-9 AM for attendees not staying at the Embassy Suites.

A light breakfast will be provided on Wednesday, June 11th and Thursday, June 12th. A full lunch will be provided on Tuesday, June 10th and Wednesday, June 11th.

This year, our Summit program will be online through the Sched platform. We invite you to explore session topics and build your personal schedule*. You will receive an invitation from Sched to log in or can log in using the email you registered with here.

*All breakout sessions are first come, first served. Adding a session to your schedule does not reserve you a seat in the session.

An email with a personal QR code will be sent the week before the Summit. Please screenshot or keep the QR code handy for daily check in. You will also need to check out each day if you would like CPE certificates.

CPE Certificates will be provided for each day of the Summit. You must attend all scheduled programming and check in and out with designated staff for each day you want to receive credit.

Networking receptions will be held on June 10th and 11th from 5:30-7:30 PM. Attendees staying at the Embassy Suites will be able to enter with their hotel room information. All other attendees will be able to enter with their Summit nametag.

We thank the city of Denton for being our host city for the 2025 CCRSM Leadership Summit. We encourage our Summit attendees to explore the area during their downtime and before or after the Summit. Information on things to do in Denton are linked here.

The Embassy Suites will offer round trip transportation to Downtown Denton on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with travel to downtown from 6-7 pm, and return to hotel from 9-10 pm.
